I have a great bike rack solution for you. For a single bike rack designed for heavier E-bikes and is compatible with fat tires we have the RockyMounts HighNoon FC Solo Bike Rack for 1 Bike - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Wheel Mount
Item # RKY87RR that has a 60 lb weight capacity and can carry bikes with tire widths of up to 5 inches. This also only touches the bike by the tire too, so it prevents any contact with expensive frame materials or paint.
Check out the review video I attached for this bike rack as well.
