Pin Box to Gooseneck Adapter for 2005 Wildcat 27RLWB

Published 06/27/2019

Question:

Yes it is and we backed the truck under the camper and realized we measured completely wrong , so it will work the king pin does reach the gooseneck ball . We will just have to drop the tailgate then back up and close it! Thank you for all your help I really appreciate it. We are looking at getting the ranch hitch adapter now from etrailer, unless you think there is a better one that we should take into consideration.

Long bed trucks typically don't need any help with cab to trailer nose clearance. What made you think you'd need more clearance? And what type of gooseneck adapter were you wanting to use?

Glad you got it figured out! I prefer the cushioned Convert a Ball adapter part # CAB-C5G over the Ranch Adapter part # AM3100 since it's cushioned!
