Is this controller compatible with a 2018 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon Unlimited with a factory tow package?

Yes, the Curt Echo Mobile Trailer Brake Controller part # C51180 will work just fine on your 2018 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon with the factory tow package. The 12 volt circuit on your Jeep should already be active so all you will need to do is plug the unit into the 7-way and then go though the pairing process.

In the case of deceleration using brakes and having turn signal on. Do the brakes on the trailer pulse? And if not, why not?
