Bolt Pattern of Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Kit # K23-086-087-00

Question:

Would it be possible to get the bolt pattern for the 4 bolts that hold the brake to the axle? Im trying to determine if this kit will fit my M101 Canadian 1/4 ton Trailer. The trailer comes with a parking brake and Id like to add electric brakes without deleting the parking brake. Axle uses standard 10x 2 1/4inch Dexter drums and bearings. I do not know who manufactured the axle and I was unable to find a definitive answer as to the Dexter bolt pattern on the brake backing plate. Thanks

The Dexter Electric Trailer Brake Kit # K23-086-087-00 that you referenced features a 4 bolt pattern with the bolts spaced apart by 2-7/8 inches, on center. This is the standard pattern for 3,500 pound assemblies and I have attached an image to assist.

As long as you have 10 x 2-1/4 inch drums and this bolt pattern matches your existing flanges this kit will work perfectly.
