I do have an option for you but they do not offer a truly custom fit 5th wheel install kit for a 1997 Ford F-250 Heavy Duty. I recommend you use the Curt Universal Fifth Wheel Base Rails with Installation Kit part # C16100 instead. If you already have a set of Curt Universal Fifth Wheel Base Rails part # C16204 then you will just need the Curt Universal Base Rail Installation Kit for 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches part # C16101.

That said, you cannot mix base rail and frame bracket manufactures so unless you do have the Curt Universal Fifth Wheel Base Rails you would just need to use the Curt Universal Fifth Wheel Base Rails with Installation Kit part # C16100.
