This heavy-duty underbed hitch is made for hauling serious weight. With a 30,000-lb gross towing weight and 7,500-lb vertical load rating, it’s built to handle livestock trailers, equipment haulers, and fully loaded fifth wheels without flexing. The double-lock system uses two locking pins instead of one for extra holding power, so the ball stays tight and secure even when the trailer’s pushing hard on the truck.
When the trailer’s unhooked, it takes seconds to reclaim your truck bed. Just pull the handle, flip the 2-5/16" chrome-plated ball upside down, and drop it back into the socket. The below-bed design leaves your bed open and flat for loading tools, hay, or lumber. A rubber cover fits over the ball hole to keep dirt and grime out while giving the bed a clean look.
The spring-loaded handle sits inside the wheel well for quick access. Pull it out to unlock, rotate to release or secure the hitch ball, then push it back in to lock the pins. The dual-pin system keeps the ball firmly seated while towing, and the chrome ring around the opening gives a neat finish that blends right in. Built-in safety-chain loops are ready when you need them.
Everything needed for mounting comes in the box, including a custom installation kit with Grade 8 hardware. The design uses existing frame holes—no welding required—and needs just a single 4" hole through the bed for the ball opening. Once installed, it’s solid and ready for work. Optional accessories (sold separately) like the Curt X5 5th Wheel Base Rails Adapter?# C16210 or Offset Hitch Ball?# C602 can expand how you use it down the road.

This hitch was easy to install, fit great (I did have to drill one hole on each side of the frame but no biggie there). Works as designed. I've been using it for about a year now. Great product.

Fitted up this kit to a customer's 1997 Ford F250. Instructions are clear and exact. Installation is a snap as long as you have a few specialty tools. fit and finish are excellent.

Installed this on my 1997 F250 7.3. Installation was very simple, just bolt into the existing bolt holes in the frame and good to go. I like the simplicity of removing the ball to have a functional bed. Haven't pulled anything yet but so far, I like it!

I had this installed on my 1997 F350. I was too busy to install myself, so I can't speak to the ease of installation, but functionally this hitch is awesome. One word of warning, make sure you spray everything down before winter. I broke off the little tab on the ball when trying to flip it over when it was frozen.
Great product. Easy to install and pretty good instructions. Having a turnover ball in the bed makes a huge difference; it was the primary reason I purchased it.
my son helped install on my 97 ford f250hd , everything went well, instructions are awsome. has anyone ever been conserned about the ball in storage contacting the axle differental if axle would go to overloads. looks like it could be close to contacting speed sensor. may just put ball in toolbox for storage to be safe, otherwise i think it is a great product so far
Hitch showed up sooner than I anticipated. Install was straight forward, everything went together extremely easily. Fit finish, and level of craftsmanship was top quality, install took about 2.5 hours in my driveway, with basic hand tools. Absolutely outstanding American made product, made sold and serviced in the USA. I really believe the top quality finish and engineering of this hitch made it install so easily.

I long term store the the ball attachment separately in a plastic container in my truck tool box so that I don't have to re grease it every time.
I ordered this underbed gooseneck hitch for our newly purchased 1995 Ford F350 dually. It is exactly what I wanted, I had my mechanic install it and the only problem was that since this is an older truck the bed was not quite flat, when the ball is flipped to the down position it hits the sway bar. This is not a problem, we will just carry the ball inside the truck with the cap over the hole unless we are pulling something. I got this to go with an Anderson Ultimate 5th wheel connection - gooseneck mount. We will now be able to pull the 5th wheel travel trailer, the gooseneck stock trailer or the bumper pull 2 horse trailer with 1 vehicle and no problems. Thanks to etrailer for the super service and fast delivery. Sorry no pictures yet. I would definitely recommend this.
This hitch is well made and the installation went easily. It mounted exactly to existing frame holes and has worked "without a hitch" pun inteded, since install. I would recommend this for anyone needing a high quality gooseneck hitch!
Installed on a 1995 powerstroke, slight modification required to make my air bags sit correct, but only to the air bag brackets not the hitch. I pull a 32’ stock trailer and exceeded the hitch manufactures weight rating on a weekly basis. Self installed and It has been on for about a year with no trouble. This seems to be just as strong as the B&W on my other pickup that I’ve had for more than 10 years.
