Hi, will this fit my 2019 Mazda 3 Hatchback? I have only seen comments about regarding the mazda3 sedan but not hatch. I'll be using for a bike rack only!

There is definitely a trailer hitch that is designed to fit your 2019 Mazda 3 hatchback, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C98BR, which is a Class I hitch that has a 1-1/4 inch receiver and is a bolt-on installation so no drilling is required.
Since this is a Class I hitch it does require a Class I compatible bike rack and for this I highly recommend the Thule EasyFold XT # TH903202 because it has a 65 lb per bike capacity as well as the ability to tilt and fold. It also has a shank that rises which is important because the '19 Mazda 3 hatchback does sit relatively low to the ground.
For a more economical but high-quality option you can use a hanging rack, and for that I recommend checking out the Kuat Beta # B202-114 because it is sturdy when carrying your bikes and also weighs only 12.6 lbs, making it as simple to carry and handle as any hanging bike rack available. It also has a 40 lb per bike capacity, which is very high for a hanging rack.
