Question:

Hi, will this fit my 2019 Mazda 3 Hatchback? I have only seen comments about regarding the mazda3 sedan but not hatch. I'll be using for a bike rack only!

There is definitely a trailer hitch that is designed to fit your 2019 Mazda 3 hatchback, the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C98BR, which is a Class I hitch that has a 1-1/4 inch receiver and is a bolt-on installation so no drilling is required.

Since this is a Class I hitch it does require a Class I compatible bike rack and for this I highly recommend the Thule EasyFold XT # TH903202 because it has a 65 lb per bike capacity as well as the ability to tilt and fold. It also has a shank that rises which is important because the '19 Mazda 3 hatchback does sit relatively low to the ground.
