Will Slipper Springs be Installed Above or Below New Dexter Axle

Recommended Axle and Leaf Springs for a Harbor Freight 4x8 Foot Folding Trailer Model 90154 With the question that was asked in this. If I purchased all these parts. Would I still install the springs on top of the axle like it is now. Or under the axle like the video shows? Thanks.

If you are installing the Dexter Idler Trailer Axle w/ Hubs # 20545I-EZ-60-10 with the U-Bolt Kit # APUBR-10 on your Harbor Freight trailer you will install the slipper springs, either # SP-039275 or # SP-179275, below the axle like in the linked installation video.
This axle will work as a replacement, though I do recommend verifying your current axle has the same 48" spring-center-to-spring-center length and 60" hub-face-to-hub-face length.
