What is the measurement of the weld on square tube across the top. Looking to replace a da 10 that measures approx 4 in

I went out and measured the actuator # DM8104002 across the top and it's exactly 4 inches like what you're looking for. It's designed to be welded to 3 inch wide trailer tongues.
