Forget fumbling with loose ends or searching for straps – Erickson Re-Tractable Ratchet Straps are here to save the day! These handy straps automatically retract into the built-in housings at the push of a button. They're perfect for securing cargo in truck beds, trailers, and ladder racks without mess or frustration. When you're ready to go, simply push the red button and the strap neatly winds up, ensuring a tidy and stress-free transport.
Worried about scratching your cargo with metal hooks? Erickson's vinyl-coated steel S-hooks come to the rescue! These hooks are not only strong but also gentle on your cargo, preventing damage during transport. Whether it's your motorcycle, kayak, or any other precious items, these hooks ensure your belongings stay safe and sound.
No more time-wasting setups! These ratchet straps permanently mount to a flat surface using the included bolt. The easy-to-use push buttons quickly release the strap when it's time to unload, making the whole process a breeze. Ideal for frequent haulers, this setup gets the job done swiftly, allowing you to spend less time securing and more time on the road.
Transporting in salty environments? No problem! The Erickson Ratchet Straps feature corrosion-resistant zinc-dichromate steel, so they're a perfect fit for marine applications or any tough weather. This durability means they’ll keep performing under challenging conditions, giving you the reliability you need.
Achieve perfect tension every time with ease thanks to the rubber-coated handle. This feature provides a secure and comfortable grip, allowing you to tighten and loosen your straps effortlessly, even in wet or slippery conditions. Perfect when securing bulky or awkwardly shaped loads.
Ensure your cargo is secure with a safe working load limit of 400 lbs and a break strength of 1,200 lbs. Whether you're transporting light items or heavier loads, you can use these straps confidently, knowing they’re designed to handle serious work. Just remember to match your load with the right number of straps for optimal safety.
Tie-down straps must be chosen according to their safe working load limit (WLL). The weight of the secured cargo must not exceed the combined WLL of the straps being used. For example, if you are using straps with a WLL of 500 lbs each to tie down a load weighing 1,000 lbs, then you need at least 2 straps to safely secure that load. It is recommended that you always use straps in pairs.
