what direction does the shackle face up or down, What length of spring for the 7000 lb axles . Thanks for your time 3410 toyhauler Elevation

The shackles should be facing up, I have attached a photo for your reference. The double eye leaf spring that we carry for 7,000 lb axles is part # e64SR and it measures 24-7/8" long center eye to center eye.
It is a good idea to measure your existing leaf springs to make sure this is the length that you need. The length is measured from center of one eye to the center of the other eye. I have attached a help article to help you replace the spring. Please keep in mind that springs can sag after extended use so their length may not match exactly.
