DL1100A winch. Can you tell me what ratcheting handle I need to replace my standard handle on my dl1100a

While there is a replacement handle for your Dutton-Lainson Hand Winch # DL15103 (which is model DL1100A), the Replacement Winch Handle # DL5703657, a different handle will not give this winch a ratcheting mechanism.
For that you would need to replace the winch entirely with the Single-Speed Boat Trailer Winch # 315-W1800D which has a ratcheting hand crank. This winch comes with a 20' strap and has an 1,800 lb capacity, though there are other capacities available: 2,000 lbs # 315-W2000D, 2,500 lbs # 315-W2500D, 3,200 lbs # 315-W3200D.
