Sidewall says 50psi cold, do I set tire pressure at that psi, what is the maximum maximum

Set the psi of your tire to 50 psi when it's cold and that's all you'll have to worry about assuming you aren't overloading the trailer or exceeding the tire's speed rating which would cause excessive heat build up. The Taskmaster trailer tire part # MX94FR that you referenced has a speed rating of 81 mph and has capacity of 1,820 lbs at 50 psi.
