We do offer a few repair kits for 2-5/16-inch straight channel couplers, such as parts # DM6008 and # DM5817 for Demco couplers. These and all other repair kits are shown on the linked page.
If you find you need to replace your straight 2-5/16-inch coupler you can use an item like Demco's Bolt-On 18K Channel Coupler # DM13203-95 which is designed to bolt onto your 3" wide trailer tongue.
