I reached out to Dexter and they no longer make that axle. I can confirm based on the bearing sizes you gave that you have a 3,500 lb capacity. If you determine you just want to replace the hub, I recommend the Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly for 3,500-lb Axles - 10" Diameter - 5 on 4-1/2 # 84546UC3 or # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K if you have the grease zerk integrated in the spindle.
Since we can't match the spring seat to spring seat dimensions if you want to replace your axle I recommend using the Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System. This will replace your axle and your suspension allowing custom lengths with assemblies that attach directly to the trailer frame. Then you will need a 2 inch square bar not included to span the assemblies using the integrated holes.
Here are a few of the options:
Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System w Electric Brake Hubs -5 on 4-1/2 # A35RS545E
Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System w Hubs -5 on 4-1/2 # A35RS545
Timbren Axle-Less Trailer Suspension System - Straight Spindle Only # ASR3500S05
If you need a lift or drop spindle or a different hub bolt pattern I've attached a link to assist.
