What is the length and the width of this Universal mounting plate I want to adapt it to the front of my Dodge Ram

The overall dimensions of the Bulldog Winch Universal Winch Mounting Plate part # BDW20008 is 36-1/4" long x 7-3/8" wide. It has the standard winch mounting bolt pattern of 10" long x 4-1/2" wide and it comes with a durable powered coated finish.
