What is the difference between the RG06-050 and the 58846? The 58846 are cheaper, but theyre the same spec.

The etrailer.com Grease Seals # RG06-050 and # 58846 that you referenced are essentially identical. As you mentioned both feature the same 1.719 inch inner diameter and 2.565 inch outer diameter and both have the double-lip design that will help it to hold up better over time.
The # RG06-050 does include 2 seals while the # 58846 includes only 1 seal. Both will work exactly the same so if you are needing 2 seals I recommend simply taking the route that ends up being the cheapest at the moment (even if it means ordering 2 of the # 58846).
