do you have a hitch for this vehicle? 2018 ford transit 350 hd cab & chases with cargo box

We do carry a hitch that could work but none of the available custom trailer hitches like part # E98842 fit the cab and chassis/cutaway models of the 2016 Ford Transit T350. They are all just for the regular cargo van/passenger van models.
I recommend Curt adjustable width trailer hitch part # 13703. The adjustable width of the hitch is designed to extend from 22" to 72" wide. Cab and Chassis models are normally 34 inches wide so this hitch likely fits your frame. Since it is not a custom design for the Ford Transit cab and chassis model, the installation does require drilling unless you have it welded on. I have attached an installation video for your reference.
If you need a trailer connector and the Transit does not have a factory tow package, I recommend Curt T-Connector part #56327 for a 4-way connection to power the trailer's lights.
If the Ford has a towing package, it may already have an OEM 7-way plug on the rear of the vehicle.
If the Ford has a towing package but does not already have a 7-way plug, it has an OEM factory port to plug a 7-way into. I recommend Curt part # C55774 to plug into the port.
If the Ford does not have a towing package and you want to tow a trailer with brakes, the plug needs to be hardwired. You can hard wire the 7-way plug in with the Curt 4-way connector part # C56327 and part # ETBC7. The ETBC7 kit comes with everything you need to wire the 7-way plug to the rear of the vehicle up to the cab. I have attached an installation video of the ETBC7 on a Ford Transit T250.
After installing the 7-way, you do need a brake controller to control the brakes on the trailer from the cab of the Ford. I recommend Curt Echo Brake Controller part # C51180 because it is easy to use and install. The Curt Echo simply plugs into the 7-way plug compared to other brake controllers that require hard wiring to the brake switch near the brake pedal in the cab. The Echo internal sensor senses when the Ford Transit is braking and sends a signal back to the trailer brakes to activate. The Echo's settings are controlled by your smart phone or tablet. I have attached a video for your reference.
