Will Thule Fit Kit 3101 and TracRac TracVan Fit RetraxPro SR on Ford F-150

Will this foot pack attach to the 3101 kit. I have the Retrax XR bed cover

The Thule Fit Kit # THKIT3101 that you referenced is designed for Thule Rapid Podium # TH460R roof-rack legs. I do have a solution for you to add a roof rack or ladder rack to the Retrax XR tonneau cover on your Ford F-150 but unfortunately the Thule TracRac TracVan ES # TH29610XT won't fit.

If you wanted to add a Thule roof rack to your RetraxPro XR then you will need the Fit Kit # THKIT3101, Rapid Podium Legs # TH460R, and 60" SquareBars # TH712500. Using this system though won't give you the 500 lb weight capacity that the Thule TracRac TracVan ES Van Ladder Rack # TH29610XT has. Thule normally rates their roof racks for 165 lbs so that would most likely be your max weight rating. I spoke with my contact at Thule who said they personally have not tested this out so she can't confirm that these parts will actually fit.

To retain the 500 lb weight capacity you will need to use a Yakima ladder rack. You would need the OutPost HD # Y01152-58 for 68" crossbars or # Y01152-59 for 78" crossbars OR the OverHaul Adjustable Rack # Y01151-58 for 68" crossbars or # Y01151-59 for 78" crossbars. You also need the Adapter Kit # Y01155 for it to fit the T-Slots on your tonneau cover. This is the way I recommend going because the Yakima ladder rack gives you a wider variety of loading options including the 500 lb weight capacity.
