Question:
Looking at a trailer that has 3 dexter axles with the Dayton rims. What would it cost to do the conversion on all three axles? I was looking at the kits you have but couldn’t tell if it was a per axle kit or per wheel kit. 8 lug hub drum conversion.

To figure out the parts needed to convert a triple axle trailer to new 8-on-6-1/2 hub/drums you'll start by identifying the bearings and seals used in the current setup. A new hub/drum has to use the same bearings and seals in order to fit on the current spindles. Please refer to the linked photo diagram that shows how bearing and seal numbers usually appear on these parts. Pull one hub so you can remove the bearings and seal and try to find the part numbers.
Most of our 8-on-6-1/2 hub/drums use inner bearing # 25580 and outer bearing # 14125A and these are intended for axles rated for 5200-lbs, 6000-lbs or 7000-lbs. All appear on the linked page. The part you referenced # 8-219-4UC3-EZ also uses these bearings.
Hubs like # 42866UC3-EZ use 12 x 2-inch brakes such as left and right electric brakes # 23-105 and # 23-106. These brakes need a 5-bolt mounting flange like # 4-44-1, washers # 38LW and nuts # 38N. They work with 14-1/2-inch, 15-inch and 16-inch wheels.
