Question:

I have a 2015 Grand Design Solitude 320x with a 4 point levelling system. Ive been having trouble levelling the trailer and getting it to auto level. Ive been levelling it manually due to the problems. Getting an error code RF jack failure. When holding the control buttons that deploy the trailer Jacks the RF doesnt move but the left one does. I can hear it turning but it doesnt raise the trailer or move the leg. It sounds like there may be a broken gear or a shear pin driving the leg to raise?and fall

On your 2015 Grand Design Solitude with Lippert Ground Control, the fact you have the error and can hear the motor working yet the leg is not operational shows and internal issue with either the gears or the threaded rod. We already know based on your description that the panel and control module are working or you wouldn't be able to isolate the jack and hear that motor turning.

For replacement parts, there are two options; the Replacement Front Jack # LC362485 and the replacement motor # LC343758. I recommend removing the motor and connecting it to see if the motor and integrated gearbox are turning the shaft or not. This will let you know if there is a motor/gear issue or a leg thread issue and let you know which of the two parts needs replaced.
