Does Kenda Karrier Radial Tire and Wheel # AM31990 Come Balanced

Do you have to take these to get them balanced or do they ship already balanced?

The Kenda Karrier ST175/80R13 Radial Tire and Wheel # AM31990 that you referenced does not come balanced but it also doesn't need to be. Trailer tires are built and ride much differently on the road than standard passenger tires. Because of the rougher ride on a trailer (especially when it's empty) weights can be thrown off from the excessive bouncing and movement.

You certainly could still take the tires up to a local shop to have them balanced if desired but it's simply not necessary.
