Comparing Draw-Tite and etrailer Trailer Hitches for 2019 Ford Ranger

Question:

Looks like there are 2 hitches for a 2019 ford ranger from curt and etrailer. Is there really any difference in these hitches or are they pretty much the same thing, install-wise and all the rest.

The Curt and etrailer trailer hitches that fit your 2019 Ford Ranger are very similar, with the biggest difference being the finish. The Curt has a glossier finish than the matte black finish of the etrailer hitch, so you can choose which you prefer. The hitches that fit your '19 Ranger are the following part numbers:
