I reached out to my contact at SMI and he said that for both the RV and your 2017 Chevy Silverado you're looking at a total install time of around 5 to 6 hours for the Air Force One Braking System # SM99243.
I have attached an installation video on the 2017 Silverado that you can use for reference along with the written manual.
