Pinhole leak in tank near lower spigot. What kind of plastic is this made of and can it be plastic weldedinch to repair the leak.

I spoke with my contact at High Country Plastics and she said that the Horse Trailer 25 Gallon Water Caddy # SL-25 is constructed of low linear density polyethylene. If you or somebody you know can plastic weld you should be able to repair the hole without a problem using a strip of this plastic.
