Hi everybody, Andy here with etrailer.com. And today we're gonna take a real quick look at this dump door hinge. This heavy duty hinge is going to replace a rusted or damaged hinge on your trailer's ramp or access door. And the gap between the pin and tinge plate is going to let you swing your door close to a full 360 degree turn. As you've already saw, this has a grease zerk fitting that's going to let you easily grease the hinge pin for smooth operation. And the steel construction is heavy duty and long lasting.
This does have a raw finish on it so it's going to make the hinge very easy to weld on. And let me go ahead and give you some overall dimensions. The bracket and pin dimensions in regards to the length, as you can see we're sitting pretty close to four and a half inches long and then the diameter of the pin is half an inch. And then the overall width of the bracket, we're sitting pretty close to right about two inches on that width. This might be a better angle.
Yeah, about two inches. And then the thickness is quarter of an inch thick on that bracket. Well, that's gonna conclude our brief look today. I do hope that it was helpful for you. Again, my name is Andy.
