Is part c16448 a good choice for mounting my pro series hitch in my 2008 f350 crew cab short box ? Thankyou

For a rail kit for your 2008 Ford F350 I would recommend you install a Reese Fifth Wheel Installation Kit # RP50082-58.
This installation kit is a confirmed fit for your vehicle and is designed to work with the Pro-Series hitch you have.
If all you need is brackets then you would want Reese Quick-Install Bracket # RP50082.
