Troubleshooting Furrion Universal Remote Control Fireplace Operation

Question:

My Furrion Unimote control wont operate my Furrion Electric fireplaces in my 2018 Heartland BC Thought I had it figured out but can’t get it to work. I push the TV /Fireplace button to and press the bottom buttons to switch on and nothing on either fireplace. The controls work the TVs great I know it’s going to be simple to fix Thanks

Furrion Unismart Universal Remote Control # FR34FR will work as you stated. You will hit the tv/fireplace button and then use the bottom 4 buttons for the remote.

If it is not working, you will need to refer to the owners manual of your fireplace for more information according to the instructions for the remote I've attached. Most fireplaces have a remote control button that you need to select for that use.
