Replacement Brake Lining/Shoes for 1996 Coachman Catalina with Dexter 8-283 Hub

Question:
I need the shoes, springs, adjuster and magnet for one of these brakes. Hub is a Dexter 8-283, looks like a 10 x 1.5. I also need the adjuster spring for the other 3 units. Are these parts available? I assume that if I put new shoes on one end of the axle that I should put new shoes on the other end of the same axle or do I need to install new shoes on all four?

The Dexter 8-283 is an obsolete 2800lb 10 x 1-1/2 inch hub like you measured which the replacement shoes/linings part # BP04-065 that you mentioned are a correct fit for. For just the springs you'd want the part # K71-362-00.
It's recommended to replace shoes on both sides of an at least but doing all 4 would be ideal.
