Snow Chains for muddy road. Can you use snow chains in summer time to get you out from a muddy road?

You can use any method you like to get you out of mud though there are a couple of things to note. The first is that you will need chains that have an off-road designation and the other is that you need to follow the guidelines for using chains that is in the owner's manual of your 2004 Venture which states you should use Class S chains on the front tires only.
There is one chain that fits the bill on the size 215/70-15 or 215/70-15 tires that are common to '04 Ventures, the Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains # TC1138. You will need to use the Titan Chain Multi-Arm Rubber Tire Chain Adjuster # TCMA2 during installation. I have added links to a couple video reviews of for you to take a look at.
