Installation of Wiring Harness on 2019 Honda Ridgeline

Question:

Wiring Harness #118778 installation - I don’t see a 12 pin tow plug gray connector in the back behind the seat to plug into the black box module, I only see an 8 pin black connector with 2 green relay switch or something plug into it. I unplugged them both, but it doesn’t mate correctly into the box module. Can you please explain how will this work? Thanks.

This can be a bit tricky but it sounds like you might be looking in the wrong spot on your 2019 Honda Ridgeline to install the T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness # 118778.

The directions don't do a great job of making this more transparent but the connector should be directly to the left of the connectors with the green relays which sounds like the one you have found. It may take some more digging to pull this connector out but you should be able to find and locate it on the side of the connector you have found. Once you do find it, this connector will be the one you plug into the module.
