For your 2005 Fleetwood Gearbox I have no way of knowing what vent you have. What I can do to assist is let you know there are 4 possible hinges that determine the fit. I've attached a photo to show you the differences. Once you know which one you have you will be able to choose from the available options on the linked page. The power assembly won't make a difference, but you will want to pay attention to how and where the vent cover attaches to get the same style.

Thanks for the photo. The hinge you have is not one of the common ones so you can either replace the entire unit or you can use the MaxxAir UniMaxx Universal Replacement Lid for RV and Trailer Roof Vent - Translucent White # MA00-335001 or Translucent Smoke # MA00-335002. These vent covers come with an included mount so you can simply screw the mount to your current vent. The vent cutout will be the traditional size if you want to replace the unit. For a similar option I recommend the Ventline Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan # V2094SP-28.
