There isn't a specific owners manual for your Dexter Hydraulic Brake Kit # T2351300-200. This system simply uses the Titan Breakaway and Parking Kit for Drum Brakes # T2385200 which will install based on the photo I've attached.

Hello, I’m interested in converting my fifth wheels electric brakes to electric over hydraulic drum brakes. I came across this kit, the Dexter Hydraulic Brake Kit w/ Parking Brakes - Uni-Servo - 12" - Left/Right Hand - 6,000 lbs And was curious if this would work for my application. I have tandem 6,000lbs axles under my coach and and also interested in installing the parking brake lever from titan. Would these work, if also used with the hydraulic actuator kit, and lines? Thank you for your feed back!

As long as your existing brakes have that same 5 bolt mounting pattern (which is standard for this size), the Dexter Hydraulic Brake Assemblies # T2351300-200 will work really well to replace your existing electric drum brakes when making this conversion.
