We do have towing mirrors that fit your 2018 Nissan Titan but unfortunately the CIPA Custom Towing Mirror # 11501 is not tested and approved to fit your vehicle. Instead you will need to stick with the CIPA Universal Dual Lens Towing Mirrors # 11953-2 or the CIPA Universal Towing Mirrors # CM11980-2.
