The correct Dexter Hydraulic Drum Brake Kit for your Dexter 12K Axle is part # 23-408-409. The Dexter Hydraulic Drum Brake Kit part # 23-406-407 that you referenced is for Dexter 15K Axles and will not work for you. The Dexter Hydraulic Drum Brake Kit uses the same brake mounting flange as your disc brake setup so it will be a direct swap. However, you will still need to obtain the hub and drum. Unfortunately, we do not carry these but the correct part number for the hub is part 8-214-8UC1 if you have 16" or 16.5" diameter wheels or part 8-216-5UC1 if you have 14.5" diameter wheels and the correct part number for the drum is part 9-28-1 or part 9-28-5 if you have ABS.

In order to install the Dexter Hydraulic Drum Brake Kit you will also need the Mounting Bolts and Hardware for 12-1/4" Brake Assemblies part # BRKH122510.
