Installing the Replacement LED Monitor Light for SMI Air Force One # SM99612 that you referenced in your couch would be possible, but you should note that it has to run to the stoplight switch of the vehicle that is being flat towed. So you'd end up having to run wire from the brake pedal of the 2007 Honda Fit up into the cab of your tow vehicle. We actually did this exact thing on a similar vehicle and I attached the install video that details the process. Overall it will be the same but you'll have to tailor the smaller details to your vehicle.
We don't know exactly what the wire color of your 2007 Honda Fit will be for the stoplight switch, so you'll want to use a circuit tester like the part # PTW2993 to test all of the wiring that leads to the switch so that you can determine which only has voltage when the brakes are applied.
The light needs to be grounded as well.
