I have good news!
The 008-249-07 number you found indicates that your Tentrax trailer is equipped with Dexter hubs that use the # L68149 inner bearing and the # L44649 outer bearing. With this in mind you can easily replace the existing hubs with a set that features a much more common 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern.
For this I recommend the Dexter Trailer Hub and Drum Assembly # 84546UC3. This is essentially the same hub that you have but with a 5 on 4-1/2 inch bolt pattern. The bearings, races, and seal are all included. I have attached a short video review on this hub assembly that you can check out as well.
