Question:

Hi i have kwikee step 28 series on a Winnebago Elante 1993. i would like to replace the motor and the linkage. I believe it is a B type linkage. I could not load more picture.

I reached out to my contact at Lippert and on the 28 series step you will have a B linkage. If you were just updating the linkage, then you would use the Lippert Components Kwikee Step Gear/Linkage with B # LC379161. If you were just updating the motor, then you would use the Lippert Components Kwikee Step Motor Replacement # LC379147. You can simply replace these components, but you may want to consider the Lippert Components Kwikee Steps Upgrade Kit for 28 Series # LC379769 which will update your step components to the newer IMGL (integrated motor/gearbox/linkage) style. This has been their standard since late 2004.
