Could you tell me what size spare tire cover I will need for a ST225-75-15 trailer tire ? And what is the best one you have ?

Yes, the ST225-75/15 tire that you have on your trailer has an overall diameter of 28.3" therefore you will be looking for spare tire covers that will fit a 29" diameter tire.
