What size of tire covers would be best for my tire size noted in subject line, and for a PWC trailer size 13? Thanks.

The trailer tire size ST225/75R15 has an overall diameter of right around 28-1/2-inches so a cover that fits a 29-inch tire will work well. All covers for this tire size are linked for you; these include individual spare tire covers like # CE27440 as well as pairs of storage covers like # 290-3953.
The 13-inch tires sizes ST175/80-13 and ST185/80-13 have overall diameters of right around 24-inches and 24-1/2-inches, respectively, so for these a spare tire and storage cover for a 25-inch size will work well, such as spare tire cover # CE27420 and storage cover set # 290-3974.
