Yes, the Gustafson RV LED Vanity Light # 277-000446 does come with bulbs in each fixture. They are actually LED bulbs too which will last a very long time.

I Bought the Gustafson RV LED Vanity Light # 277-000446.. looking at the light online .. shows the flares pointing down. There is a sticker on the one I got. Shows the oppositesticker. Can this fixture go either way?. Based on the sticker ...meaning point up or down?Mine points upflares.

Are you asking if this Gustafson Fixture can be mounted in either orientation - with flares pointing up or down? I don't see any reason why it couldn't be installed how you want. Of course with the flares pointed up your light output isn't going to be as bright on the sink/counter since it'll be projected toward the ceiling instead.
