The Gustafson RV LED Vanity Light - Satin Nickel - White Glass Item # 277-000446 uses a 912 or 921 LED bulb. Th LED Wedge Base Lamp Bulb Item # DI68VR is designed to replace both a 906 and 921 bulb so you'll be able to replace any burnt out bulbs with it.
Note: It is polarity sensitive so if it doesn't work when you plug it in then you'll just need to flip it around and plug it back in.
