Thanks for the reply! Upon further inspection it appears it is indeed a square fitting and B&W. I was confused by the round bottom portion of the hitch.

Sounds like you may not have a B and W gooseneck hitch since that brand uses square holes. Could you possibly check under the truck bed to see if you can see a brand? With more info I could see if we have a suitable adapter.
