Helpful Expert Reply:
For your 2007 Dodge Sprinter RV chassis the brake and turn signals are sent along separate wires. A converter is required unless the vehicle is equipped with a tow package plug. The tow package plug has already been converted.
If you need a 4-way and you HAVE the tow package you only need the part # 118381, if you do not then you'd need the part # 118650 which does use a converter box.
