How to Lock Out Lippert Turning Point Pin Box to Use with Demco Hijacker Autoslide Hitch

Question:

This is similar situation. Bought Demco autoslide hitch 16k. Bought trailer with Turning Point Pin. I read it can be used as standard pin. What is that setup?

I was able to pull up the owners manual for the Lippert Turning Point pin boxes and it is pretty simple to lock out the pin box so that you could use it with an auto sliding Demco Hijacker like you have. Basically you just install two 5/8" - 11 x 2" lockout bolts at the back of the unit and it will stop pivoting. Check out the picture I attached to see where and how it installs!
