How to Raise Trailer Height When Axles are Already Under Leaf Springs

Question:
Purchased 2019 GMC 2500 HD the bed is higher than my previous truck so need to raise trailer. Springs are already on top of axles, I can adjust the hitch and the pin box but still need to raise trailer 3 to 4 any suggestions??

If you have already moved your trailer axle so that it sits below your leaf springs and you will still have 3" - 4" to go even after adjusting your 5th wheel hitch and pin box the most they can be adjusted then the only thing to do is swap out your hangers. You will need to have a professional welder cut off your current hangers and then you can use taller hangers like the Redline part # E4139 which is 4-1/4" tall.
