How to Operate Fan-Tastic Vent with Remote Control

Question:

Just purchased a new MH and had them install a remote control fantastic fan. There are no instructions on how to use it. They did not tell me if they programed it. There is a switch on my wall that does nothing so i assumed it is for the fan. I dont know how i got the lid open and it ran for 3 seconds. I have changed the batteries and i dont know how to operate this. I have had manual ones before but never a remote.

I am surprised you were not given a copy of the owner's manual for your Fan-Tastic Vent Roof Vent w/ 12V Fan and Remote # FV807350 by the installers. The accompanying diagram is from the manual and has all the functions of the remote control; I will also send you a link of the entire manual to check out.
