It's hard to see behind my camper when I am towing it with my 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee, what towing mirrors should I get.

The towing mirror set I recommend for your 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee is the K-Source Dual Lens Mirror part # KS3990 because we know they fit your Grand Cherokee well, they install easily, and they give you a much wider angle so that you can see behind your camper. I attached an install for these mirrors on a similar 2014 Grand Cherokee as well as a picture of what they will look like installed too.
Another really great option is a wireless backup camera installed on the back of the trailer. This will help you see what's behind the trailer which will make towing and reversing the setup much easier. For that we have the Furrion kit part # FOS05TASF which has a 5 inch monitor and also night vision. If you camera is newer and has a a mount for a camera it was designed for use with this kit. And if not, this kit comes with the needed mount.
