Yes, the Fulton High-Performance Brake Winch part # F143100 will work with the Universal Hand Winch Right Angle Mounting Bracket part # DL24110. I went out to our warehouse and test fit the two products together to confirm this for you.
I have attached a photo of the mounting bracket in use as well.
