For your tire size of 225/60R18 on your 2017 Jeep Cherokee the clear winner is the Konig Easy Fit Chains part # TH04115245 as they install in a matter of seconds (literally) compared to other chains that require getting a much more involved process. They are also Class S compatible which means they require very little clearance. Check out the install video I attached that shows them installed on a very similar 2016 Jeep Cherokee as yours.
